This CTA-1 Compact new generation bipod is NORD ARMS , professional tactical and practical shooters new developed versatile, strong and extremley durable bipod for practical and tactical shooters, snipers, military and law enforcement personel ect. NORD ARMS idea was to develope one of the best bipod for value and after two years of design,development and testing .NORD ARMS is proud to present this new,innovative CTA-1 Compact bipod.
Bipod rotates to either side for instant leveling on uneven ground. Bipods hinged base has tension adjustment.
NORD ARMS is using high tech materials like titanium bolts(Legs attachment bolts and swivel bolt are made from titanium grade 5 alloy ),carbon fiber tubes (All legs tubes are produced from best quality 100% carbon fiber tubes ), aircraft aluminium (7075-T6 , 6061-T6) and chrome-moly 4140 steel locking parts to provide very high strengt and performance,but also at the same time keep the weight of bipod as low as possible.Main center part is also cnc machined from AL6061-T6 aircraft aluminium and has hardcoat black colour anodized finish.
All parts of that bipod are carefully designed and tested to withstand heavy weight (Over 100kg tested) without any problems.
Specially designed high strenght big size pads from high quality and extra strong rubber allowing a non-slip grip ,makes this bipod also usable in softer ground. NORD ARMS has tested several pads designs and rubbers to choose the best.
Height of this bipod is adjustable from 6.5 inches(16.5cm) to 9.4 iches (23.8cm).(Measured from ground to rail.) Bipod has total 7 different height settings.
